Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at hi@starkbromaker.com before sending anything back. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return address and return instructions by email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for used items, items damaged by misuse, or products that are not in their original condition and packaging. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to request a return for the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law, including your rights for products that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
