Thank you for shopping with StarkBroMaker. We are committed to processing and delivering your order accurately, safely, and as quickly as possible.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 48 hours after the order is placed. Our logistics team operates on business days only. We do not ship on weekends or official public holidays.
Orders placed late on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Time
We provide shipping to Australia and other major destinations.
Australia: 5-8 business days
United States, United Kingdom and other main destinations: 5-10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date your order is placed. Transit times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier availability, weather, holidays, or peak seasonal volumes.
3. Shipping Rates & Fees
Free standard delivery is automatically applied to orders of A$80 or more.
For orders under A$80, a standard shipping fee may apply and will be shown at checkout before payment.
4. Customs, Duties and Taxes
For international and cross-border shipments, customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional brokerage fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
5. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hi@starkbromaker.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or dispatched.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking has not updated for several business days or your package appears delayed, contact us at hi@starkbromaker.com and we will help investigate with the carrier.
